E2K-F10MC1 NPN NO output Capacitive proximity level control switches
Working Principle
A capacitive proximity switch is composed of a high-frequency oscillator and an amplifier. The sensor detection surface and the ground form a capacitor through which current flows, and this capacitor participates in the oscillation circuit's operation.
1. When there is no object: The capacitance is small, and the oscillator does not oscillate.
2. When there is an object: When an object approaches the detection surface, the dielectric constant changes, causing the capacitance to increase, and the oscillator starts oscillating. The subsequent circuit detects the oscillation signal and converts it into a switch signal output.
Note: It is sensitive to any object that changes the dielectric constant.
