ESMFS Hersman Threaded Stainless Steel Finger Float Level Switch for industrial fields
Working Principle
The stainless steel float switch mainly consists of a float, a float rod, a switch assembly, and a housing. The float is usually made of 316L stainless steel, hollow inside, and can float on the liquid surface. The float rod connects the float to the switch assembly. When the liquid level changes, the float drives the float rod to move up and down, causing the switch assembly to close or open, thereby controlling the circuit connection or disconnection.
Product Features
1.Strong Corrosion Resistance: Made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316, suitable for various corrosive liquid environments, such as chemical raw materials, acid and alkaline solutions, etc.
2.Good High-Temperature Performance: The all-stainless-steel float switch can withstand temperatures up to 200°C, meeting the requirements for liquid level control in high-temperature liquids.
3.Simple and Reliable Structure: The structure is simple and easy to assemble, resistant to failure, with strong anti-interference capability and stable operation.
4. Multi-Point Control: A single device can be set with 1 to 8 switch points to achieve multi-point liquid level control, with each control point customizable according to customer needs.
