ESMFS M10 Threaded Side-mounted stainless steel SPST Right Angle Single Float Switch
Working Principle
The stainless steel float switch mainly consists of a float, a float rod, a switch assembly, and a housing. The float is usually made of 316L stainless steel, hollow inside, and can float on the liquid surface. The float rod connects the float to the switch assembly. When the liquid level changes, the float drives the float rod to move up and down, causing the switch assembly to close or open, thereby controlling the circuit connection or disconnection.
Product Features
1. Flexible layout: Not restricted by the installation hole position, you can extend it wherever you want to measure.
2. Anti-interference: The float can be placed in a calm area away from the inlet and agitator, improving measurement stability.
3. Hygienic and durable: Fully stainless steel welded, with no sanitary dead corners, easy to clean (CIP/SIP), resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.
4. Single-point precision: Focuses on controlling a key liquid level point (such as overflow prevention or dry-run prevention), with a simple structure and low failure rate.
