ESMFS Side-mounted duckbill float level switch for spst output
Working Principle
It is mainly based on Archimedes' buoyancy principle. When the liquid level changes, the float moves up or down with the liquid level, driving the switch through lever transmission or magnetic coupling to achieve the opening and closing of the circuit. Among them, the mechanical contact float switch directly drives the mechanical contacts to open or close through a lever; the magnetic float switch uses the magnetic force between the magnet inside the float and the reed switch to control the closing and opening of the reed switch.
Product Features
1. Material Characteristics:
Corrosion Resistance: PP material has good resistance to acids and alkalis, suitable for various chemical liquid environments.
Temperature Resistance: PP material float switches can generally operate normally within a temperature range of -10°C to 80°C, and some products may have higher temperature resistance.
Lightweight and Durable: PP material is lightweight, easy to install and maintain, and possesses a certain mechanical strength to withstand some external impact.
2. Structural Features:
Duckbill Design: The float part of the float switch usually adopts a duckbill design, which can increase the buoyancy of the float and improve the sensitivity of liquid level detection.
Magnetic Induction Principle: A magnet is installed inside the float; as the float rises and falls with the liquid level, the magnet will attract or release the external reed switch, thus triggering the output of the switch signal.
Passive Signal Output: The float switch itself does not require a power supply and directly outputs a signal through the change in the reed switch state, making wiring simple and convenient.
3. Protection Level:
The junction box part of the float switch usually has a high protection level (such as IP65 or above), effectively preventing dust and moisture from entering and ensuring long-term stable operation of the device.
