ESMGF stainless steel Volumetric Rotary Gear Flow Meter for liquid

The stainless steel spur gear flow meter is a type of positive displacement flow meter, featuring high accuracy and strong corrosion resistance, and is widely used in industries such as chemicals and food.It is suitable for flow measurement of medium with high viscosity, such as heavy oil, resin, glue, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, fuel oil, ink, asphalt, liquid nitrogen, refrigerant, solvent, edible oil, fish oil, etc; It can also be used to measure micro flow.     Working Principle

    The core component of a stainless steel circular gear flow meter is a pair of intermeshing circular gears. When the fluid to be measured flows through the flow meter, a pressure difference is formed between the inlet and outlet under the action of the fluid pressure, driving the gears to rotate. Each time the gears complete one rotation, a fixed volume of fluid is discharged. By measuring the number of gear rotations, the cumulative flow of the fluid can be calculated. Typically, the gear rotation speed is detected by a sensing coil in the signal amplifier mounted on the meter casing. The sensing coil converts the detected periodic changes in magnetic flux into pulse signals proportional to the flow rate, thus obtaining the cumulative and instantaneous flow values.
