ESMLS08A steel wire ropes side-pressure type tension sensor for 1~20t
Working Principle
The ESMLS08A tension sensor is based on the principle of gravitational equivalence and the resistive strain effect. By applying a small force in the direction of the measured tension, called lateral pressure, perpendicular to the tension direction to form a planar angle, the principle of gravitational equivalence is used to equate the two into directly measurable tension. The lateral pressure causes the strain gauge in the sensor to undergo strain deformation, and the change in the strain gauge's resistance is measured through a bridge circuit to obtain the tension data.

Directly clamped onto the outside of the wire rope, without damaging the original structure; easy to install, remove, and maintain.
