ESMLS09 miniature membrane box-type load cell sensor for platform scales
Working Principle
ESMLS09 Membrane Box Weighing Sensor elastomer (diaphragm) undergoes elastic deformation under an external force, causing the resistance of the strain gauges pasted on its surface to change accordingly. The measuring circuit converts the resistance change into an electrical signal, which, after amplification, outputs a voltage or current signal proportional to the external force, thereby achieving the conversion from weight to electrical signal.
Product Features
- The membrane housing is made of stainless steel or alloy steel.
- It is flat and round in shape, with a compact structure.
- It resists lateral forces and eccentric loads.
application scenario
1. 3C / Medical / Robotics: Mobile phone press-fitting, medical equipment, robotic gripper force control.
2. Industrial Automation: Small-scale batching, dispensing / welding pressure monitoring, precision assembly.
3. Scientific Research / Testing: Micro force measurement, material mechanics testing, precision platform scales.
