ESMLS09A2 10kg 20kg 50kg 100kg 200kg 500kg Micro load cell sensor for electronic balances
Working Principle
ESMLS09A2 Membrane Box Weighing Sensor elastomer (diaphragm) undergoes elastic deformation under an external force, causing the resistance of the strain gauges pasted on its surface to change accordingly. The measuring circuit converts the resistance change into an electrical signal, which, after amplification, outputs a voltage or current signal proportional to the external force, thereby achieving the conversion from weight to electrical signal.
Product Features
Compact and durable, suitable for harsh environments
1. Fully sealed welded structure
Uses an integrated design of stainless steel diaphragm and housing, with no moving parts, extremely low leakage rate, high protection level, resistant to high-pressure steam cleaning, suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other scenarios requiring strict cleanliness.
2. Off-center load resistance and corrosion-resistant design
The off-center load resistance is 10 times higher than that of traditional S-type sensors, reducing the impact of installation errors.
Alloy steel or stainless steel design
3. Miniaturization and integration
Low height, small volume, supports flange installation, suitable for space-constrained integrated scenarios (such as fully electric injection molding machines, belt scales).
Provides standard signal output, facilitating connection with automation systems.
