ESMLS320 Large capacity three-dimensional force sensor
Working Principle
ESMLS320 three-dimensional force sensor is a precision device capable of measuring forces in the X, Y, and Z orthogonal directions in three-dimensional space simultaneously. It provides robots and automated equipment with a perception ability similar to human "touch."
Product Features
- Precise Sensing: Capable of detecting extremely subtle force changes, with a sensing accuracy of up to 0.1 N.
- Multi-Dimensional Measurement: Can simultaneously measure force changes in three spatial directions, outputting three sets of voltage signals, allowing the force values in each direction to be obtained without vector calculations.
- Compact Structure: Some three-dimensional force sensors are small in size, making them suitable for high-precision force measurements in confined spaces.
- High Stability: Made from materials such as high-quality Stainless steel, with overall machining, combining high rigidity and high sensitivity, capable of withstanding high overloads.
- Good Dynamic Response: Three-dimensional force sensors based on resistance strain gauges have a high natural frequency, making them suitable for dynamic measurements and capable of quickly tracking transient force changes.
application scenarios
1. Heavy equipment assembly and operating condition monitoring (such as bucket force of large excavators, wind turbine blade load testing);
2. Vehicle / chassis test bench testing (such as collision, braking, suspension durability);
3. Mechanical properties of materials and structural strength testing (such as static / dynamic loading of bridge components, aerospace parts);
4. Online force monitoring and overload protection for metallurgy, shipbuilding, and construction machinery.
