ESMLS635D aluminum alloy Electronic scale load cell sensor
Working Principle
When an object is placed on the electronic scale's weighing pan, its weight is transmitted to the aluminum alloy elastomer, causing nanometer-level elastic deformation. This drives the strain gauge attached to the stress zone to deform simultaneously, resulting in slight changes in the strain gauge's resistance. The full-bridge circuit converts the resistance change into a millivolt-level voltage signal, which, after being processed by the sensor's built-in signal amplification module and AD converter, outputs a standard signal proportional to the weight (or is directly transmitted to the scale's mainboard to calculate the weight).
Product Features
- Lightweight: Weighs only 1/3 of a stainless steel sensor of the same specifications, suitable for portable electronic scales.
- Low cost: Low raw material and processing costs, cost-effective, suitable for mass production.
- Low elastic hysteresis: Fast deformation recovery, stable accuracy for continuous weighing.
application scenarios
1. Commercial: kitchen scales, jewelry scales, courier electronic scales, pricing counter scales
2. Industrial: small batching machines, pressure/weight detection on automated assembly lines, small medical scales/medicinal material scales
3. DIY: electronic scale kits, 3D printer platform weighing, robot end-effector force feedback
