ESMLS635NB aluminum alloy jewelry scale load sensor
Working Principle
When jewelry is placed on the weighing pan, the tiny pressure is transferred to the aluminum alloy elastomer, causing it to undergo nanometer level elastic deformation, which in turn drives the strain gauge to deform synchronously, resulting in a slight change in resistance. The full-bridge circuit converts this resistance change into a millivolt-level voltage signal, which, after calibration and calculation by a high-precision AD converter and micro controller, directly outputs an accurate weight value.
Product Features
- Lightweight and portable: The aluminum alloy elastomer weighs only 1/3 of a stainless steel sensor of the same specifications, making it suitable for handheld portable jewelry scales and reducing the overall weight of the device.
- High accuracy with low drift: With a full-bridge circuit design and the low elastic hysteresis characteristics of aluminum alloy, zero-point drift is minimal, ensuring stable accuracy during long-term continuous weighing.
-
Cost-effective: Compared to stainless steel and ceramic materials, aluminum alloy sensors offer better cost performance, making them the mainstream choice for both consumer and commercial jewelry scales.
