ESMLS714F 50KG Full-bridge aluminum alloy Handheld hook load cell sensor for 10vdc
Working Principle
The ESMLS714F Aluminum alloy weighing sensor: when the aluminum alloy elastomer is subjected to pressure, it deforms, and the strain gauges attached to the elastomer also deform accordingly, causing their resistance to change. The full-bridge circuit consists of four strain gauges, all of which change resistance under external force, with adjacent resistances forming a differential. According to the Wheatstone bridge principle, changes in resistance cause the bridge to become unbalanced, thereby outputting an electrical signal proportional to the weight. By measuring this electrical signal, the weight of the object can be determined.
Product Features
- The full-bridge circuit design provides high sensitivity, allowing for accurate measurement of luggage weight;
- It has strong anti-interference capability, is minimally affected by external factors, and provides stable and reliable measurement results;
- The use of aluminum alloy ensures that the sensor maintains sufficient strength while remaining lightweight, facilitating easy installation and maintenance.
application scenarios
1. Express / logistics handheld hook scales, luggage scales;
2. Agricultural market / seafood handheld pricing scales;
3. Outdoor fishing scales, portable camping weighing;
4. Household kitchen scales, small package weighing;
5. Industrial portable inspection scales, small parts batching weighing.
