ESMNJ09 mv output Strain gauge dynamic Rotary torque sensor for 12vdc
Working Principle
The ESMNJ09 dynamic torque sensor detects deformation of the shaft system by mounting strain gauges on the rotating shaft and utilizing the strain gauge effect. The sensor converts the strain caused by the twisting of the shaft system into electrical signals and transmits them to the data acquisition system via wireless transmission or slip ring transmission.
Product Features
- high precision, stable and reliable performance.
- Without wear parts such as the collecting ring,it can run at high speed for a long time and output positive and negative torque signals.
- Both ends are keyed,The maximum speed does not exceed 4000 rpm.
APPLICATION SCENARIOS
1. Power machinery testing: Testing the output torque and power of electric motors, engines, and internal combustion engines.
2. Automotive components: Durability testing and efficiency analysis of steering systems, drive shafts, and gearboxes.
3. Industrial process control: Load monitoring of mixers, fans, and pumps to prevent overload or idling.
4. Screw tightening processes: Monitoring dynamic torque curves during screw tightening on automated assembly lines to ensure fastening quality.
5. Robot joints: Monitoring the output torque of collaborative robot joints to achieve force control feedback.
