ESMPE21 Electronic water level switch replacing float level sensor
Working Principle
The photoelectric liquid level switch uses infrared detection, utilizing the principles of light refraction and reflection. Light will undergo reflection or refraction at the interface between two different media. When the liquid being measured is at a high level, a boundary is formed between the liquid and the photoelectric switch. When the liquid is at a low level, a boundary is formed between the air and the photoelectric switch. These two types of boundaries result in different intensities of reflected light received by the photoreceptor inside the switch, corresponding to two different switch states.
Product Features
1. No jamming, no wear, lifespan of several decades Suitable for sewage, liquids with impurities, long-term unattended equipment
2. Ultra-fast response Millisecond-level response, suitable for high-speed control Precision dispensing, high-speed filling lines
3. Compact and flexible Very small size, can be installed in narrow spaces Sweeping robots, handheld medical devices, small pipelines
4. Maintenance-free No need for regular calibration or replacement of mechanical parts Hard-to-reach installation locations (e.g., elevated storage tanks)
5. Multi-functional Single-point detection, multi-point series connection, can detect both low and full liquid levels Complex liquid level control systems
application scenarios
1. Dialysis machine/Blood analyzer: Accurately monitor the liquid levels in dialysis fluid, cleaning solution, and reagent bottles to ensure the treatment process is uninterrupted and dosages are accurate.
2. Infusion pump/Injection pump: Detect whether the medication bag is empty, and issue timely alarms to prevent air from entering the bloodstream.
3. Biochemical analyzer/Cleaning machine: Monitor the liquid levels of sample needle cleaning solution and waste liquid tanks.
4. Disinfection and sterilization equipment: Monitor the levels of disinfectant or purified water in high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
