ESMPSCA-1000 Photoelectric sludge concentration meter analyzer

The photoelectric sludge concentration meter (suspended solids sludge concentration meter) is an online monitoring instrument designed for measuring the concentration of suspended solids in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, industrial slurries, and other treatment processes. It can be used to detect changes in the concentration of activated sludge in biochemical treatment processes, providing continuous and accurate measurement results. Conventional single-beam measurement methods are easily affected by factors such as fouling on the optical window. This photoelectric sludge concentration meter uses multi-beam mutual compensation technology, which can prevent measurement errors caused by fouling, as well as the effects of temperature changes and component aging, achieving stable and precise measurements. It reduces maintenance workload and improves operational reliability, making it especially suitable for harsh conditions in wastewater treatment.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    The photoelectric sludge concentration meter is an industrial online monitoring instrument that measures the concentration of sludge (suspended solids, SS) in solutions based on optical principles. Its core function is to reflect the solid content of sludge, and it is widely used in process control and water quality monitoring in wastewater treatment, municipal water supply and drainage, chemical industry, food industry, and other fields.
