ESMQA Area Safety Light Curtain Sensor For Metal Cutting Equipment
Working Principle
The safety light curtain consists of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is equipped with multiple infrared emitting tubes, arranged in a specific pattern and sequentially emitting infrared light at a certain frequency. The receiver is equipped with multiple corresponding infrared receiving tubes to receive the infrared light emitted by the transmitter. Together, they form multiple parallel beams of infrared light, covering the area that needs to be protected. When an object enters the light curtain area and partially blocks the infrared light, the receiver cannot detect the corresponding light, causing a signal change. After processing through the internal circuitry and logic judgment, a control signal is output to stop the equipment immediately.
