ESMSNJ03 Non-continuous torque rotary moment sensor
Working Principle
The ESMSNJ03 Double Flange Static Torque Sensor is based on the principle of resistive strain. When torque is applied to the sensor, the internal elastic body deforms, and the strain gauges attached to the elastic body also deform, thereby changing their resistance. The Wheatstone bridge composed of the strain gauges converts the resistance change into a voltage signal, which is then amplified, filtered, and converted by the signal processing circuit, ultimately outputting an electrical signal that has a linear relationship with the torque.
