ESMSNJ04 Flange-type robot joint shaft static torque sensor with 50NM 100NM 200NM
Working Principle
ESMSNJ04 static torque sensor operates based on the principle of resistive strain. When torque is applied to the sensor, the elastomer inside deforms, and the strain gauges attached to the elastomer change their resistance accordingly. The bridge circuit composed of the strain gauges outputs a voltage signal proportional to the torque due to the change in resistance. This signal, after amplification, filtering, and conversion, becomes readable torque data.
