ESMTS1000 50KG Full Bridge Micro Load Cell for Electronic Scales
Working Principle
When an object is placed on a sensor, gravity causes the elastomer of the sensor to undergo slight elastic deformation. The strain gauges attached to the elastomer also deform accordingly, resulting in a change in their resistance. The strain gauges are usually connected in a Wheatstone bridge circuit, and the change in resistance causes the bridge to become unbalanced, thereby outputting a faint voltage signal proportional to the gravity applied. This signal is then processed through amplification, filtering, and A/D conversion, ultimately converting it into a display of the object's weight.
Application Scenarios
1. Commercial Trade: Supermarket electronic scales, vegetable market pricing scales, jewelry scales.
2. Industrial Weighing: Small platform scales, counting scales, packaging scales.
3. Home Health: Some high-end body scales (although home scales mostly use aluminum or glass, industrial-grade home scales often use steel).
