The ESMTS550 miniature U-shaped load cell uses a rounded rectangular metal frame with a U-shaped hollow elastic structure, providing uniform force distribution and excellent linearity, allowing precise conversion of pressure into electrical signals. The core strain area outputs differential signals via a four-wire system, offering strong anti-interference capability and compatibility with mainstream weighing acquisition modules. The strain gauge area on the right sensor is sealed with white adhesive, providing good dust and moisture resistance, enhancing durability.     Working Principle

    When an object is placed on a sensor, gravity causes the elastomer of the sensor to undergo slight elastic deformation. The strain gauges attached to the elastomer also deform accordingly, resulting in a change in their resistance. The strain gauges are usually connected in a Wheatstone bridge circuit, and the change in resistance causes the bridge to become unbalanced, thereby outputting a faint voltage signal proportional to the gravity applied. This signal is then processed through amplification, filtering, and A/D conversion, ultimately converting it into a display of the object's weight.
