Working Principle
When an object is placed on a sensor, gravity causes the elastomer of the sensor to undergo slight elastic deformation. The strain gauges attached to the elastomer also deform accordingly, resulting in a change in their resistance. The strain gauges are usually connected in a Wheatstone bridge circuit, and the change in resistance causes the bridge to become unbalanced, thereby outputting a faint voltage signal proportional to the gravity applied. This signal is then processed through amplification, filtering, and A/D conversion, ultimately converting it into a display of the object's weight.

1. U-shaped hollow elastomer: Uses a rounded rectangular metal frame with a U-shaped hollow structure, featuring concentrated stress and excellent linear deformation, efficiently converting pressure into electrical signals while ensuring structural rigidity and sensitivity.
2. Sealed protective design: The core area of the strain gauge on the right-side sensor is encapsulated with white colloid, providing dustproof and moisture-proof properties, suitable for household or light industrial environments, enhancing durability and stability.
3. Compact and slim form: Small overall size and thin thickness make it easy to embed in space-constrained scenarios such as electronic scales and portable devices.
4. Four-wire differential output: Outputs mV-level differential signals through red, black, green, and white (or blue) wires, with strong anti-interference capability and compatibility with mainstream weighing AD modules such as HX711.
5. High precision and stability: High sensitivity, low creep and hysteresis errors, good measurement consistency after long-term use, with a range covering 1kg to 50kg.
6. Resistant to eccentric load and fatigue: Structural design effectively resists lateral force interference; the metal elastomer has excellent fatigue resistance, suitable for long-term use in scenarios with frequent loading.
