ESMTUF2000F External clamp type acid-base solution non-contact measurement ultrasonic flowmeter

The external clip type ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of a main body and an external clip type sensor. Simply attach the clip-on sensor to the surface of the pipe to complete the flow measurement of various liquids. Compared with the traditional flow meter, it does not need to cut off the tube, and the installation is convenient and fast, realizing the non-destructive installation.

    Working Principle

    The time-difference method is usually used, where an external clamp-on sensor emits and receives ultrasonic waves, measures the difference in propagation time of the ultrasonic waves in the fluid in the downstream and upstream directions, and then calculates the fluid flow velocity. Combined with parameters such as the pipe's cross-sectional area, the flow rate can be determined.
