Working Principle
The ESMZL-T2 three-pulley tension sensor typically operates based on the strain gauge principle. When the material being measured passes over the three pulleys, the tension causes slight deformation in the pulley support structure. The strain gauges attached to the support structure experience changes in resistance, which are converted into voltage signals through a Wheatstone bridge. After amplification and processing, the output is an electrical signal proportional to the tension.
