ESMZX SPDT output Rotary paddle level switches of solid materials

The paddle level switch is driven by a micro motor to rotate the blades. When the blades come into contact with the material, they are obstructed and stop. The detection device senses the change in resistance and outputs a switch signal, cutting off the motor power; after the material drops, the blades resume rotation and the signal resets. Its core components include a drive motor, drive shaft, clutch, blades, detection device, and sealing components. Level control is achieved through the linkage of mechanical transmission and electrical signals.

The blades are mostly made of stainless steel or engineering plastics, suitable for corrosive, high-temperature, or high-dust environments.

Supports various installation methods such as threaded, flange, side-mounted, and top-mounted, adaptable to different container structures.

Output signal is usually an SPDT relay contact (AC250V/5A), which can be directly connected to PLC/DCS systems, supporting alarms and feed equipment linkage.
