High precision ESMLS12 large capacity column type weighing load cell sensor
Working Principle
The ESMLS12 column-type weighing sensor operates based on the piezoresistive effect. When the columnar elastic body (mostly alloy steel or stainless steel) is subjected to tension or compression, it undergoes slight deformation, causing the resistance of the strain gauges attached to its surface to change accordingly. The change in resistance is converted into an electrical signal proportional to the load through a Wheatstone bridge, and after conditioning, the signal is output for acquisition.

1. Super high load capacity: The measurement range is extremely wide, with common specifications starting from 10t, 20t, 50t; mainstream capacities can reach 100t, 200t, 300t, and the maximum can go up to 500t or even higher.
2. Strong and durable structure: Usually made of forged alloy steel or stainless steel as a whole, and some high-end models use fully sealed, weld-free cylindrical structures, with a protection level of up to IP68, capable of long-term operation in high-dust and highly corrosive environments.
3. Excellent anti-eccentric load and shock resistance: The columnar structure design provides a natural self-resetting function, effectively resisting lateral forces and high dynamic load impacts, suitable for dynamic weighing (such as dynamic rail scales).
4. High accuracy and stability: Modern columnar sensors have high comprehensive accuracy, low creep error, and good long-term stability.
