High-precision ESMSNJ05 non-continuous rotary static torque sensor for robot joint shaft testing and inspection
Working Principle
ESMSNJ05 static torque sensor operates based on the principle of resistive strain. When torque is applied to the sensor, the elastomer inside deforms, and the strain gauges attached to the elastomer change their resistance accordingly. The bridge circuit composed of the strain gauges outputs a voltage signal proportional to the torque due to the change in resistance. This signal, after amplification, filtering, and conversion, becomes readable torque data.
