High stability ESMFS1000 magneto resistive float level sensor
Working Principle
The magneto resistive float level sensor measures by utilizing the effect of magnetic field changes on the resistance of magneto resistive materials. A permanent magnet is embedded inside the float. As the float moves up and down with the liquid level, the permanent magnet also moves, thereby changing the magnetic field intensity around the sensor. The magneto resistive sensor changes its resistance based on the amount of change in the surrounding magnetic field, and the electronic circuit then converts the change in resistance into an electrical signal, from which the liquid level height can be determined.
Product Features
1.High sensitivity: Capable of accurately detecting slight changes in the magnetic field, enabling high-precision measurement of liquid levels.
2.Low power consumption: Magnetoresistive sensors themselves consume little power, which is beneficial for energy saving and extending service life.
3.Strong anti-interference ability: Not easily affected by electromagnetic interference, allowing stable operation in complex electromagnetic environments.
4.High reliability: No mechanical moving parts, reducing failures caused by mechanical wear, and improving the reliability and stability of the equipment.
5. Fast response: Can quickly respond to changes in liquid level and promptly output accurate liquid level signals. ...
