1.Core Function: Converts the resistance signal of a PT100 platinum resistor (100Ω at 0℃, resistance changes linearly with temperature) into a two-wire 4-20mA standard current signal directly through internal amplification, linearization, and A/D conversion (HART digital protocol can be superimposed); powered by a two-wire loop (mainly 24VDC), no additional power supply needed, suitable for long-distance transmission (strong anti-interference).

2.Direct Output Structure: The transmitter module and PT100 temperature sensing element are encapsulated in the same housing/protection tube, with a 2-core shielded cable directly led out from the tail (some are 3/4-wire PT100 connections, then converted to 2-wire 4-20mA output), protection level IP65/IP67, can be directly buried/inserted into the measured medium, eliminating the need for field junction boxes and making installation more convenient.
