Low price ESMFS High and Low Voltage Waterproof Float Level Switch Sensor for sewage treatment plants, water conservancy projects, and drainage systems
Working Principle
The stainless steel float switch mainly consists of a float, a float rod, a switch assembly, and a housing. The float is usually made of 316L stainless steel, hollow inside, and can float on the liquid surface. The float rod connects the float to the switch assembly. When the liquid level changes, the float drives the float rod to move up and down, causing the switch assembly to close or open, thereby controlling the circuit connection or disconnection.
Product Features
1.Strong Corrosion Resistance: Made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316, suitable for various corrosive liquid environments, such as chemical raw materials, acid and alkaline solutions, etc.
2.Good High-Temperature Performance: The all-stainless-steel float switch can withstand temperatures up to 200°C, meeting the requirements for liquid level control in high-temperature liquids.
3.Simple and Reliable Structure: The structure is simple and easy to assemble, resistant to failure, with strong anti-interference capability and stable operation.
4. Multi-Point Control: A single device can be set with 1 to 8 switch points to achieve multi-point liquid level control, with each control point customizable according to customer needs.
mainteenance recommendations
1. Regular Inspection
Float status: Check whether the float is intact, without deformation or cracks, ensuring it can move freely and is not stuck by debris.
Connection wiring: Check whether the wiring is secure, without looseness or breaks, and ensure terminals are tight and free of corrosion.
Working environment: Ensure the switch is away from strong magnetic field interference sources to avoid affecting magnetic induction accuracy.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance
Exterior cleaning: Regularly wipe the float and switch housing to remove dust, dirt, and other impurities; avoid using chemical cleaners or sharp objects.
Float cleaning: For liquids containing impurities or high viscosity, periodically clean the surface of the float and the internal magnet to prevent adhesion from affecting float performance.
3. Function Testing
Manual testing: Test the switch's ON and OFF functions by simulating liquid level changes (e.g., manually moving the float) to ensure it responds correctly.
Electrical testing: Use a multimeter to measure the switch's open and closed states, ensuring the contacts are good and there are no short circuits or open circuits.
4. Fault Handling
Switch does not operate: Check if the float is stuck, the reed switch is damaged, or if wiring is loose; replace faulty components if necessary.
Unstable signal: Check whether the contacts are oxidized or contaminated with oil; clean the contact surface or replace the switch.
False triggering: Adjust the installation angle or reduce liquid level fluctuations (e.g., install a buffer device) to prevent the float from mis-triggering due to tilting or shaking.
