Working Principle
The main measuring element of the LZB-WB flow meter is a conical glass tube that is narrow at the bottom, wide at the top, and mounted vertically, along with a float that can move up and down inside it. When gas flows upward through the conical glass tube, a pressure difference is created between the top and bottom of the float, causing the float to rise under this pressure difference. The float reaches an equilibrium position when the upward force on the float equals the combined force of its weight, buoyancy, and viscous force. At this point, there is a certain proportional relationship between the gas flow through the flow meter and the float's rise height, that is, the flow area of the flow meter. The height of the float thus represents the gas flow.
