Low price ESMSNJ02 Torque wrench Double-slot static torque sensor with 10~10000Nm
Working Principle
The ESMSNJ02 static torque sensor is based on the principle of resistive strain. When torque is applied to the sensor, the internal elastic body deforms, and the strain gauges attached to the elastic body also deform, thereby changing their resistance. The Wheatstone bridge composed of the strain gauges converts the resistance change into a voltage signal, which is then amplified, filtered, and converted by the signal processing circuit, ultimately outputting an electrical signal that has a linear relationship with the torque.
Product Features
1. High accuracy: Non-linearity ≤ ±0.1% FS, repeatability ≤ ±0.05% FS, suitable for calibration and trade settlement.
2. Strong stability: No rotational friction, overload resistance up to 150% FS, reliable for long-term use.
3. Easy installation: Key connection, no straight pipe section required.
4. Applicable scenarios: Only measures static / very low-speed torque, not suitable for continuous rotation conditions.
application scenarios
1. Industrial Assembly: Bolt tightening torque, valve/flange locking torque inspection.
2. Equipment Calibration: Torque wrench, power tool, reducer reaction force calibration.
3. Scientific Research Testing: Material torsional strength, static mechanical performance experiments.
4. Energy and Heavy Machinery: Wind power, drilling, ship shaft system static torque monitoring.
