Low price ESMZL-3 Three-pulley tension sensor for yarns chemical fibers wires cables strips
Working Principle
ESMZL-3 Three-pulley tension sensors typically operate based on the principle of strain gauges. When the material being measured passes over the three pulleys, the tension causes slight deformation of the pulley support structure. The strain gauges attached to the support structure experience a change in resistance, which is converted into a voltage signal through a Wheatstone bridge. After amplification and processing, the output is an electrical signal proportional to the tension.
