M12 thread installation K-Type Probe Thermocouple temperature meter
Working Principle
The K-type thermocouple is based on the Seebeck effect, which states that when the junctions of two different metals are at different temperatures, a potential difference will be generated between them. A K-type thermocouple consists of a nickel-chromium alloy (positive) and a nickel-aluminum alloy (negative). When there is a temperature difference between the hot and cold junctions, a thermoelectric voltage is generated in the circuit, and the temperature can be inferred by measuring this voltage difference.
Product Features
1. High cost-performance ratio, relatively low cost; 2. Good linearity, the relationship between thermoelectric potential and temperature is better compared to other thermocouple types; 3. Strong oxidation resistance, stable performance in oxidative atmospheres; 4. Wide temperature measurement range, capable of meeting the needs of various industrial scenarios; 5. Has certain mechanical strength and good durability.
6. Standard M12 locking thread: good sealing, leak-proof, quick installation
7. K-type thermocouple: temperature measurement 0~1200℃, fast response, strong stability
8. Armored probe: flexible, shock-resistant, temperature-resistant, long lifespan
