ESMYB Single-rod vibrating rod type level switch sensor
Working Principle
The core component of the vibrating rod level switch is the vibrating rod, which contains a piezoelectric ceramic element inside. In the no-load state, the piezoelectric ceramic is driven by the electronic circuit to make the vibrating rod continuously vibrate at its natural resonant frequency. The detection piezoelectric ceramic monitors the vibration amplitude or frequency of the rod in real time. When material rises and comes into contact with the vibrating rod, it dampens the rod's vibration, causing a sharp decrease in vibration amplitude or a significant change in its resonant frequency. Once the detection circuit detects that the vibration amplitude falls below a preset threshold or the frequency change exceeds the allowable range, it determines a 'material present' state and changes the output switch state.
