Square Inductive Metal Detection proximity Switch with TL-N5/10/15/20M
Working Principle
The inductive proximity switch consists of a high-frequency oscillation circuit, a detection circuit, an amplification circuit, and an output circuit. At the front end of the sensor, there is an oscillation coil. When a metal object approaches this oscillation coil, eddy currents are generated inside the metal object. These eddy currents absorb the energy of the oscillation circuit, causing the oscillation to weaken until it stops. By detecting changes in the oscillation state, the detection and amplification circuits process the signal, and the output circuit then outputs the detection signal, thereby realizing the detection of metal objects.
